Attractions Highlight

Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls.

Pinnawala, a village in Kegalle District of Sri Lanka and is around 90 km from the capital, Colombo. It is well known for its elephant orphanage.

Dambulla, a town, situated in the north of Matale District, Central Province of Sri Lanka, situated 148 km north-east of Colombo, 43 km north of Matale and 72 km north of Kandy. Due to its location at a major junction, it is the centre of vegetable distribution in the country.

Sigiriya, an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka.

Kandy, the large city in central Sri Lanka. It's set on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are home to tea plantations and biodiverse rainforest. The city's heart is scenic Kandy Lake (Bogambara Lake), which is popular for strolling.

Mathale, is a large regional city located at the heart of the island lies in a broad, fertile valley at an elevation of 364m. It is the administrative capital and largest city of Matale District, Central Province, Sri Lanka.

Nuwara Eliya is a city in the tea country hills of central Sri Lanka. The naturally landscaped Hakgala Botanical Gardens displays roses and tree ferns, and shelters monkeys and blue magpies

Negombo is a city on the west coast of Sri Lanka, north of the capital, Colombo.

Day 1 Arrival - Negombo (D)
  • Upon arrival Bandaranaike International Airport, and transfer to Negombo.

Day 2 Negombo - Pinnawala - Dambulla (B/L/D)
  • Visit Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela.
  • Visit spice garden.

Day 3 Sirigiya - Matale - Kandy (B/L/D)
  • Proceed to Kandy.
  • Visit the Temple of The Tooth Relic, upper lake, Kandy Market area, university area & the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya.

Day 4 Kandy - Peradeniya - Nuwara Eliya (B/L/D)

  • Dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 5 Nuwara Eliya - Colombo (B)
  • Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Colombo.
  • Travel through a beautiful landscape & see the widest waterfall of Sri Lanka, St. Clairs.
  • Visit a Buddhist Temple, a Hindu Temple, Pettah, Cinnamon Gardens, The former British, Administrative Center and the Military Garrison.
  • Visit Sea Street, Goldsmiths quarters in the heart of Pettah, remaining Colonial area, Fort, Galle Face Green.
  • Visit Independence Square, BMICH, replica of the tallest standing Buddha statue at Aukana etc.
  • Discover the city & explore the shopping malls, such as House of Fashion, Odel, etc.
  • Dinner at a restaurant.
  • Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.

  • By going private gives you the advantage of greater flexibility in pace and choice. You can spend a little more time at a particular landmark, add your favour spot or even skip one altogether. All are possibilities on our Private Tour!
  • Our tours are conducted in English Speaking local guide.


  • Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
  • You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed.
  • Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.


  • Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are mostly local group meals.
  • If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price about around LKR 200 - LKR 600.
  • The local guide/office will recommend the restaurants for meals not included during the tour.
  • Vegetarian and Halal option is only available as per request. Please indicate them during booking.


  • You will have your own dedicated driver-guide or local guide with private transportation.
  • Tour will be operating by van or coach depends on the group size.
  • Each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).
  • The maximum usage of the vehicle is 10 hours, a surcharge will apply for exceeding 10 hours usage.
  • A surcharge of USD 25 per hour will apply, you have to pay directly to the driver guide for the exceeding hour.

Entrance Ticket  

  • Tour Guide will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if entrance ticket is not included.


  • For the customer who extension of stay, departure airport transfer will be provided when the extension accommodation is booked through us.

Airport Pick Up Information:  

  • Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by private vehicle exclusively for your party.
  • Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
  • Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information: 

  • Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour: 

  • You have to wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick up time.
  • The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case

Travel Insurance

Local Transportation

  • You can get around by bus, taxi, or three-wheeler in larger cities, for local buses fares from around LKR 10 to LKR 50. Sri Lankan taxis can count on most taxi rides costing around LKR 60 to LKR 100 per kilometer, and Only some are metered (mostly in Colombo).
  • Hotels and restaurants can usually get you a ride for a modest cost. In Colombo, you can count on taxis dispatched via apps such as Uber.
  • Three-wheelers, known in other parts of Asia as tuk-tuks, bajaj's, or autorickshaws, are waiting on nearly every corner. Agree on the price before you start your traveling.


  • The Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR) is the official currency of Sri Langka.

Seasonal Weather

  • Sri Lanka has two monsoon seasons. The south-western monsoon runs between May and July. The north-east monsoon runs between October and November.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

  • All cancellation must be made in writing. 
  • 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
  • 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour:

  • There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
