Day 1 Arrival - Busan (D)

  • Upon arrival at Busan Gimhae International Airport, you will proceed for Busan Tour.
  • Yeongdodaegyo Bridge - Walk across Koreas first-ever drawbridge, which links mainland Busan with the island district of Yeongdo, and watch as it opens to let boats pass through.
  • BIFF Square - Visit a complex area honoring South Korea's advancement in the film industry complete with movie theaters, shops, and other cultural leisure attractions.
  • Jagalchi Fish Market - Visit a famous market for fresh fish & seafood to take away or eat at the informal stalls.


Day 2 Busan (B/L/D)

  • Today, you will be travel from Busan to Seoul by Korea Train Express (KTS).
  • Nami Island - Exploring half-moon shaped island for iconic tree lined streets & natural scenery. Soak up picturesque scenery at K-drama shooting spots for the famous Korean drama Winter Sonata.
  • Daepohang Port - Is an old port with more than 100 years of history. It is especially famous for a fish market where you can find a variety of live fish, and a number of local seafood restaurants that serve fresh raw fish at a reasonable price.
  • Tour end at Sokcho. Check-in and free & easy.


Day 4 Sokcho - Yongin (B/L/D)

  • Mount Seorak - Located in the national park, designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It's also the highest mountain in the Taebaek mountain range offering stunning views of the valleys below.

Itinerary

  • The Itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance to local operation requirements.
  • By going private gives you the advantage of greater flexibility in pace and choice. You can spend a little more time at a particular landmark, add your favour spot or even skip one altogether. All are possibilities on our Private Tour!
  • You have a choice of a Mandarin Speaking or basic English Speaking Driver Guide will be provided during the sightseeing tour. (English Speaking Driver subject to availability)

Accommodation 

  • Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
  • You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed.
  • Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.

Meal 

  • Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are mostly local group meals.
  • If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch price about KRW 15,000 -  KRW 20,000. Simple dinner price about KRW 20,000 - KRW 35,000.
  • The local guide/office will recommend the restaurants for meals not included during the tour.
  • Vegetarian and Halal option is only available as per request. Please indicate them during booking.

Transportation  

  • You will have your own dedicated driver-guide or local guide with private transportation.
  • Tour will be operating by van or coach depends on the group size.
  • Each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).
  • The maximum usage of the vehicle is 10 hours, a surcharge will apply for exceeding 10 hours usage.
  • A surcharge of KRW 40,000 per hour will apply, you have to pay directly to the driver guide for the exceeding hour.

Entrance Ticket  

  • Tour Guide will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if entrance ticket is not included.

Extension 

  • For the customer who extension of stay, departure airport transfer will be provided when the extension accommodation is booked through us.

Airport Pick Up Information:  

  • Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by private vehicle exclusively for your party.
  • Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
  • Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information: 

  • Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour: 

  • You have to wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick up time.
  • The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case

Useful Local information

Local Transportation

  • Seoul has a modern and efficient system of public transportation that includes both subway trains and buses. Seoul has nine major subway lines that run all throughout the city and even go into the suburbs and surrounding areas. It is a great system, the trains come about every 5 minutes and are clean.
  • Seoul subway fares within Seoul cost between 1,250 (basic fare for 10km) and 2,000 won. Subway tickets can be purchased with cash from an Automatic Vending Machines (ATVM) dispensing machine located at every subway station.
  • In Jeju Island, there are various types of transportation options- bus, taxi, car. Since there are no trains or subway in Jeju Island, buses and taxis are the two main public transportation on the island. youll be able to travel to pretty much any part of the island by bus within an hour. The base rate for these red buses is 2,000 won. Depending on your destination, the maximum fee will be 3,000 won.
  • In Busan, you can travel by Metro is an economical way to explore the city because it runs through almost all of the tourist destinations and the fare is relatively cheap. The bus network in Busan is fairly comprehensive. It is recommended travelers to Busan use the T-money card or Cashbee card as cash fare is higher than the transportation card fare.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

  • All cancellation must be made in writing. 
  • 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
  • 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour:

  • There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
