About the Destination

Osaka is a large port city and commercial center on the Japanese island of Honshu. It's known for its modern architecture, nightlife and hearty street food. The 16th-century shogunate Osaka Castle, which has undergone several restorations, is its main historical landmark. It's surrounded by a moat and park with plum, peach and cherry-blossom trees. Sumiyoshi-taisha is among Japans oldest Shinto shrines.  

Tokyo,is a great shopping destination, with plenty of stores to meet whatever needs someone may have. For example, there's Ginza, the place for high-end luxury brands; Harajuku, where young people go for trendy goods; Shimokitazawa, perfect if you're looking for secondhand or vintage finds; and Akihabara, the "electric town" full of electronic stores.

Mt. Fuji, famous for being the tallest mountain in Japan, might be nice to look at from afar, but there's nothing quite like climbing to the top yourself, especially if you've come all this way to Japan.

Day 1

Arrival Osaka

  • Upon arrival at Kansai Internation Airport, you will be transferred to Osaka hotel.


Day 2 (B)

Osaka - Kyoto - Nara - Osaka

  • Proceed to bus pick-up point for Kyoto & Nara Day Tour
  • 08:30 am - Pick-up at Hearton Hotel Nishi-Umeda (Meeting Point 1).
  • 09:00 am - Pick-up at Osaka Namba OCAT (Meeting Point 2).
  • 10:20 am - Visit Arashiyama , one of Kyoto's most photographed and recognizable sights, immerse yourself in a living tunnel of emerald-green with a stroll through Kyoto's bamboo forest. Its filled with temples and shrines.
  • 12:55 pm - Visit Kinkakuji . a Zen temple in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. Formally known as Rokuonji, the temple was the retirement villa of the shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu.
  • 03:20 pm - Visit Nara Park home to hundreds of freely roaming deer.
  • 05:40 pm - Tour end Osaka Namba OCAT, make your own way back to hotel.


Day 3 (B/L)

Osaka - Shirakawa-go - Hida Takayama

  • Check-out from hotel and proceed to bus pick-up point for transfer to Shirakawa-go
  • 07:15 am - Pick-up at Hearton Hotel Nishi-Umeda (Meeting Point 1).
  • 07:45 am - Pick-up at Osaka Namba OCAT (Meeting Point 2).
  • 09:25 am - Visit to Lake Biwa Observation Deck with a Panoramic View of Lake Biwa, the largest lake in Japan. This is famous as an only spot that has the panoramic north and south view of Lake Biwa.
  • 10:50 am - Enroute Yoro rest area for Seki knives shopping.
  • 12:20 pm - Visit Gujo Hachiman, a small riverside town in Gifu Prefecture, known for its pristine waterways. Visitors can try their hand at creating wax shrimp tempura in some of the workshops. Enjoy Japanese lunch here. (Halal menu option is available!)
  • 03:10 pm - Visit Shirakawa-go, declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995, they are famous for their traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses.

    Hida Takayama - Lake Kawaguchiko - Tokyo

    • Check-out from hotel and visit Takayama Morning Market to explore the two markets, one on the bank of the Miyagawa River and another in front of Takayama Jinya.
    • 08:45am - Tour bus will depart from Takayama Station (Meeting Point).
    • 11:10am - Take a beautiful photos of the Matsumoto Casle.
    • 12:20pm - Visit Lake Suwa the source reference of animate "Kimi no Na wa".
    • 02:30pm - Free time at Lake Kawaguchiko
    • 07:10pm - Drop off at Shinjuku Station
    • 07:40pm - Drop off at Ikebukuro
    • Make your own way to the hotel, check-in hotel and free & easy.


    Day 5 (B)

    Departure - Tokyo

    • You will be transferred to Narita/Haneda International Airport for your flight back home.

Itinerary

  • Itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance to local operation requirements.
  • Basic English Speaking Tour Conductor will be provided during the sightseeing tour (As indicated in the itinerary)
  • Participant from different itineraries will using the same bus.
  • This is a tour requires frequent walking. Please wear a comfortable shoes & clothing.
  • Persons with disabilities are allowed to join this tour, provided that they will be accompanied by another participant.

Accommodation

  • Your final hotel name and details will be provided 3 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of similar class.
  • The hotel is located within a walking distance to the nearest meeting point.

Meal

  • Lunch will be provided during selected tour (As indicated in the itinerary).
  • Vegetarian and Halal option is only available as per request. Please indicate them during booking.

Transportation

  • Tour will be operate by sharing vehicle. Vehicle type may change depend on the group size of participants in the tour.

Extension

  • For Sharing Vehicle customer who extend their tour, departure airport transfer will subjected to additional charges
  • For Private Vehicle customers who extend their tour, departure airport transfer will be provided.


How to Commerce your Holiday

Airport Pick Up Information:

  • Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with Japanese or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
  • Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
  • Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be update on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information:

  • The tour conductor will wait for you at the meeting point. Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes. Tour bus will leave sharp on time.

Guidelines During The Tour :

  • You have to wait at meeting point 20 minutes before pick up time. Should you be late, it will be considered as no shows and no refund will be provided.
  • During your sightseeing tour includes free time in certain spots. Please arrive at the meet up location given by the tour assistant.
  • The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operators control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.
  • Each customer only can bring 1 large suitcase during the overland tour.

  • Full Payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellation must be made in writing.

Before Date Of Departure:

  • 10% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made 31 days before prior to departure.
  • 50% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made 30 days and beyond prior to departure.
  • 100% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than 14 days prior to departure.

During The Tour:

  • There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
