Accommodation

• You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed, hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed

Arrival & Departure Pick Up Information

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

• Arrival: Chitose Airport (Domestic Terminal) - Club Med Tomamu: 10:15 hrs, 11:45 hrs, 13:15 hrs, 14:45 hrs, 16:15 hrs & 17:00 hrs
• Departure: Club Med Tomamu - Chitose Airport (Domestic Terminal): 05:00 hrs, 07:30 hrs, 09:30 hrs, 11:30 hrs, 13:30 hrs & 15:30 hrs
• Remarks: For arrival pick up, if your flight scheduled for land after 17:00 hrs at Chitose Airport, we advise you to purchase private transfer to the resort.

Guidelines During The Tour

• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost

Local Transportation

• In Hokkaido, JR is the main form of public transportation as it covers most of its cities and tourist destinations. Tourists can avail of a JR Hokkaido Rail Pass, to use it when travelling throughout Hokkaido.
• Sapporo is the central hub of the Hokkaido bus system, and from here it expands to every region in the city. The long-distance bus from Sapporo can reach Furano, Hakodate, Asahikawa, Otaru, Toyako Onsen, Wakkanai, Jozankei, Kushiro, Tomakomai, Noboribetsu, and Nemuro. Local bus carriers operate all bus routes. The most extended way takes approximately eight hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
• 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour:

• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
