Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu (L/D)
  • Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted with welcome garland.
  • Patan Durbar Square: - It is an enchanting mlange of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. This Square was the
  • former Royal Palace Complex which was the center of Patans religious and social life and houses a museum containing an array of bronze status and religious monuments. 
  • Dinner and overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. 

Day 2 Kathmandu - Pokhara (B/L)
  •  After breakfast drive to Pokhara check in hotel and lunch. 
  • After lunch boat ride on Fewa Lake, visit Taal Barahi temple, free time at the Lakeside area, dinner and overnight at hotel in Pokhara. 

Day 3 Pokhara - Trek to Australian Camp (B/L/D)
  • Morning Paragliding from Sarangkot Hill or Heli (Optional), afternoon Trek to Australian Camp (6,168 ft / 1,880 m).

Day 4 Australian Camp - Dhampus Village - Pokhara (B)

  • Kathmandu Durbar Square: This complex of palaces, courtyards and temples like Hanumandhoka Palace, Kumari Ghar (Abode of the Living Goddess), Taleju temple, built between the 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of the ancient Malla Kings of Kathmandu.

Day 6 Departure Kathmandu (B)
  • Discover Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu, Nepal: One of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world keeps an eye out in every direction.
  • Free for shopping in the Thamel area followed by typical Nepali dinner with cultural show at a local restaurant.
  • Enjoy free time for self-arranged activities. Assemble as per agreed schedule for transfer services to the airport, flight home.

  • Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
  • You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed.
  • Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.


  • Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are mostly local group meals.
  • If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price about around NPR 300 - NPR 700
  • The local guide/office will recommend the restaurants for meals not included during the tour.
  • Vegetarian and Halal option is only available as per request. Please indicate them during booking.


  • You will have your own dedicated driver-guide or local guide with private transportation.
  • Tour will be operating by van or coach depends on the group size.
  • Each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).
  • The maximum usage of the vehicle is 10 hours, a surcharge will apply for exceeding 10 hours usage.
  • A surcharge of USD 25 per hour will apply, you have to pay directly to the driver guide for the exceeding hour.

Entrance Ticket  

  • Tour Guide will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if entrance ticket is not included.


  • For the customer who extension of stay, departure airport transfer will be provided when the extension accommodation is booked through us.

Airport Pick Up Information:  

  • Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by private vehicle exclusively for your party.
  • Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
  • Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information: 

  • Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour: 

  • You have to wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick up time.
  • The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case

Local Transportation

  • If you want to get a feel of the city's pulse, try local transportation like public buses, battery-run three-wheelers. If you wish to short sightseeing for time-saving, the rickshaw is the best in old Kathmandu.
  • Hail a taxi, which is easily recognized by its taxi sign on top and black license plate. The Private taxis are higher rates but may be more comfortable.


  • The Nepalese rupee (NPR) is the official currency of Nepal.

Seasonal Weather

  • Nepal has four seasons. Spring (between March - May), Summer (between June August), Autumn (between September November), Winter (between December February).

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

  • All cancellation must be made in writing. 
  • 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
  • 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour:

  • There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
